Q: How long will it take to receive my items?

A: Depending on the manufacterer and distance from our location, delivery times can vary from 1 week to 16 weeks. Outlined are estimated delivery times based on "normal" shipping scenarios for each product. Products shipped from overseas can be held at port for inspection and could delay the shipment up to 2 weeks. While this is uncommon, it is something we cannot control. The estimated delivery times do not guarantee your items will be delivered in that time frame, however, we will notify you if a delay is inevitable.

  • Palliser Products: 6 to 8 weeks
  • Stressless Recliners: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Custom Stressless Recliners: 10 to 16 weeks
  • Stressless Sofas: 6 to 8 weeks
  • Malouf Sleep Products: 1 to 3 weeks
  • Mattresses: 1 to 3 weeks
  • Natuzzi Editions: 10 to 16 weeks

Q: Do you guarantee the lowest prices online? 

A: Yes! Every manufacterer we represent adheres to a strict online minimum advertised price (MAP). We always list the items at the lowest price with no additional charges at checkout (for the exception of sale made in the state of Georgia - Please visit our showroom if you live in Georgia). Most of our competitors hide charges in checkout to meet this MAP, we pride ourselves on upfront honest pricing, the price you see is the price you pay. If you do find an item listed at a lower price, give us a call and we will do our best to beat that price. 

Q: Do you have a showroom I can see and try your products at?

A: Yes, please visit us at 880 Holcomb Bridge Road, #140B Roswell, GA 30076. Showroom Hours are listed in the footer of the our webpages. 

Q: Do you ship internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii? 

A: We do not ship internationally (outside the USA). For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please call and allow us to estimate a freight shipping cost for you. 

Q: How are large item shipments delivered?

A: We ship items via freight services in an enclosed box truck, blanket wrapped for transportation. White glove delivery is available upon request. 

Q: Can you send leather samples for a specific item I am interested in? 

A: Yes, we can send you leather samples of a product you are interested in at no cost to you. If you live in the state of Georgia, we highly reccomend visiting our showroom.
